Policies and Terms
The way we operate is; you decide
which instrument you want and what features you'd like. If you want a
case, instruction books, etc.
We then agree upon the instrument and
you send a 50% deposit.
With that the process begins.
Prior to shipping the instrument you
send in the other 50% and your instrument is on it's way.
So, let us know what you decide. I'd love to ad a your dulcimer model to our
line!
Refund Policy
Our 50% deposit is not refundable AND is only
good for 90 days*, however if you are not satisfied with your New Traditions Dulcimer after you receive it, we
will refund the second 50% of the purchase price less the shipping.
*IT'S
IMPORTANT to remember that your deposit is only good for 90 days, if you have
not completed your purchase within that timeframe the deposit will no longer
apply to any purchases and your instrument will be placed in our retail; Yeah it's a bummer but we've had to take this measure as our company continues
to grow.
